I have done something pretty dumb!!! I recently received a replacement sim because I lost the old one and today I noticed that I wasn't getting any data. I realised that I needed to activate my sim so I went through the swap sim procedure and I typed in the wrong code, now my sim doesn't work at all. Is there a way I can reactivate the sim I have just deactivated?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I thought as much, I have reached out via twitter. I guess I just need to play the waiting game.
