has anyone else noticed that if you

have a £0 spend cap on your tarrif and then change tarrif O2 removed the £0 cap stating that you have asked for it? even though it’s states that the spend cap will remain in place on tarrif change… 🤔 dodgy practice and unacceptable O2

@RonnieBowers

When changing tariff online you need to choose again if you want a spend cap and how much.

If you don't specify it, it will be removed.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
