iPhone 13 disappointing

I received my new iPhone 13 on Friday, upgrading from a iPhone 11. I have been so disappointed with it…… glitches, freezing, slow! I used to get 4G at my desk with my old phone but now l only get 3G. Anyone else having problems?

Network reliance is not down to Apple I'm afraid. It could be a number of factors likely to be cell tower related. That aside it could be the supported bands in the area. Also you probably not lucky to have 5G bands where you are.
