Hi got a contract iPhone 12 from 02 direct. Used the phone got it unlocked ( confirm email by 02) and sold it. The buyer is trying to use an EE sim but there is no network coverage. Any advice here?
02 are looking into it but have said the phone is unlocked and should work with any sim.
O2 do not lock phones so it must be a problem with the buyers EE sim or account.

They are actually locked despite what is stated about apple products. 02 confirmed it was locked and put in the unlocking request which was granted. Thanks.
