i have been an o2 customer for many years and still am paying my contracts with no issues.

However my credit rating is really low due to a £9 default from 2019. I have phoned o2 and been in to the bank and no one seems to be able to help?

o2 checked their records and cant seem to see it on the system but it is definitely on my banking credit score.

Im sure its an error but how can i have it removed  or if needs must be £9.

Thanks
