As i cant get out as of my disability i have been trying to get customer servicees phone number to inquire about my air time bill . I saw on my acount in dec bill for £ 30 something wondering what it was for as i only ever pay £10-12 pound a month .  can u help .

Well i usually only pay  £10 a month for air time only   ,      my phone is my own , but on dec., bill it was £30 something and i didnt know what for . .

@Isabella78 please follow the advice given above by @MI5 and @Bambino. You should then have an answer as to what any additional charges are.

 

If after checking  and you still need help if you tell us what charges you found, we can then help you further.

 

By the way we are not O2 but a customer forum and, therefore, do not have access to your account.
