I’ve wrongfully been charged for a device plan that I payed last year. I got a text saying they were going to deactivate my account. Knowing I’ve already payed my bill this month I called and I spoke to someone on the phone earlier and they apologised and told me the fault was on 02 side. Yet 02 have still deactivated my phone. I’m a carer and I need my phone to access client’s information and medical services. This is not okay.
