Alas, the guy wants to switch to SIMO on O2, the only way into getting it done is through Uswitch.

O2 needs to up their game, I feel.

Don't count on O2 upping their game @pgn. Certainly not during the current situation, and probably not ever. If the guy who sent that tweet out should find his way here, we might be able to help.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I proffered the usual tips for that type of query, and left a slight trail of breadcrumbs, so who knows, @Bambino 👍

To be honest @pgn

Most companies IVR's are now designed to drop calls when the queue gets full, and they are programmed to try and make as much as possible now Self Service.

I have seen a demo of a cognitive call centre where a robot AI deals with 90% of calls , its cool but scary at the same time.

Perhaps the only way to deal with the robot is to revive the luddite and bash it with a real piece of 4" x 2" 🤣

Just an update, which shows how much value the Community regulars give with their advice, spanning Social media platforms too!
This is a long screenshot, I hope it remains legible:

Some people see things as they are and ask "Why?"; I dream of things that never were and ask "Why not?"
