I ordered a new phone on the 22nnd September which at the time I was informed it was currently out of stock and should take around 7 days. I have now waited 18 days and still my order is out of stock. I tried to contact customer service however this is a automated service with extremely long wait times. Please advise me who I can talk to to find out where my order is up to. Thank you
