I ordered a new phone on the 22nnd September which at the time I was informed it was currently out of stock and should take around 7 days. I have now waited 18 days and still my order is out of stock. I tried to contact customer service however this is a automated service with extremely long wait times. Please advise me who I can talk to to find out where my order is up to. Thank you

Welcome to the o2 Community forum.  The only people able to keep you up to date will be customer services.  It is difficult to get through but the best chance is to call at 08.00am.
