When on mobile data. I cannot send or receive images/video on WhatsApp. 

I using iPhone 13. 

Everything works fine wifi. It's only when using mobile data.

Already tried resetting network etc. No response from o2 customer either.

Any suggestions????

Check in data settings that WhatsApp has permission to use data.

Whats app has permission to use mobile data and it not only WhatsApp but other apps as well, Like Spotify, etc. Again, Spotify has permission to use data but won't play or search any song on mobile data.

Found the issue. I had 18+ content turned off on this number and this blocks mobile data services on many apps including apps like Whatsapp, Spotify, Findmy (iPhone), etc.  Switching it off and everything works normally. Though this is very silly. it should not block the apps or provide selective content when an app is not 18+.

That's an Apple restriction on Apple ID's where the age profile is under 18.

No, its O2 restriction. It can be set in the O2 account.

I'm aware of O2 age restriction (I wrote the guide on here) but Apple apply further restrictions to Apple ID's of under 18's.

O2 age restriction does not disable app usage - that's down to Apple.
