Unfortunately they dont seem to work like that.. I had been with them since the days of Cellnet but when I placed an upgrade order with them a couple of months ago they then cancelled my order without telling me a couple of days after I complained about the delays in getting it.
I have since left and gone to Sky Mobile and ordered the new phone directly from Samsung which took 4 days to arrive ( a week early) rather then O2's "Sorry we have no stock"
