Lady called me today and I decided to upgrade, she sent me the email to click and go and make the payment and confirm the upgrade but it’s not letting me make the payment. Keeps telling me to check the address, which is the correct address and is the same as my billing and card! Help please!

@Nicole27 We always advise to never agree to anything from a cold call, so it's possible that whoever called you and sent you the email isn't from O2 or isn't one of their trusted partners. If I were you I'd call customer service to find out if the offer and the the caller are genuine.

@Nicole27

Personally I would never upgrade from a cold call. You could end up with a contract that you neither want or need.

If you want to upgrade properly, do it via O2 directly.

See if you are eligible via My O2.

Or give O2 a call. All numbers in this guide
