Hi Guys

 

I upgraded to the iPhone 11 pro today, unfortunately, I wanted the iPhone 11 pro max can this be rectified as soon as possible please as the delivery is tomorrow.

This isn't O2. We are all members like yourself.

You need to to contact O2 to see if it can be changed. All numbers in this guide

There are many numbers in the guide, try any or all of them. Press any option (even fraud) to get through. Needs must. They will take your call and help when you get through.

Just to add, if they can't change it, you will have to accept the phone and then return it under the change of mind policy.
