Unbelievable! Since I am deaf I thought webchat is perfect to get through the department. So far I have been unable to get through the upgrade team via webchat. I was asked to phone 202 from my mobile!!!!!! So frustrating.

I would use the web form here the web chat is useless apart from basic issues. https://www.o2.co.uk/apps/help/help?qid=1&q1=2&case=Access%20for%20all
I hope you can get things sorted.
P.s. also look at the info here you may be able to get help in store

24 to 72 hours I would guess if they come back again asking to call it may be best to go to nearest o2 store and see what they can do to help you.
