Finished my contract with O2 a few years ago and had recently moved to another network. I have another phone but want to use my O2 phone for my other sim. How do I get my O2 phone unlocked? Many thanks

Try the manual form first.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi
The O2 phone (Sony experia) I want to unlock is not my current phone. I haven't used my Sony Experia since last year. I have only transferred my mobile number to my current phone which is with another network provider.
Will the unlocking guide you sent work for this situation?
Many thanks
