Unauthorised charge

Extra charge to the account called Globalcharge ltrd. No idea what it is but only addition is Disney+ to account. How to refund or cancel charge?

You should also ring Customer Service and ask them to place the following bars on your account:

Bar all Direct to bill debits

Bar Premium rate numbers
