Can someone help please?

I am moving from a sim only contract from three to O2. when I ordered the O2 contract online, I entered my number and PAC to transfer my number. It's now been two days and my number still hasn't transferred. I have entered the O2 sim in my phone (iPhone 11) which works but on the temp number. I am still using my three SIM card, as I still need to be contacted for work.

I tried filling in the online form, but given "405 not allowed" error message. I've been hunting online for an online chat but can't find one. Currently stuck on the phone waiting for customer services for over 40 mins... can anyone help please?

You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
