Hi, I am a new SIM only customer to O2 and I want to keep my number so I got a PAC code from EE and filled in the form in MYO2 on Sunday but I have not received any message to tell me when the transfer will happen.
It's already past the 2 working days mark so how do I find out if O2 have the info and when the transfer will happen?

You should have received a text with your transfer date.
If not, you need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

Hi, thanks for the quick reply, I managed to get through to O2 yesterday and they confirmed that the form had been rejected but we were not told.
I filled the form in again last night, when do I get the text confirmation so that I know that the request has beed accepted?
What number does the text go to, old or new number?

The text is sent to the number you've asked to keep.
You should be notified today if successful.
