I recently changed tariff from £10 monthly to £5 monthly. When I went to pay with my top-up card I was told by the shop assistant that the card wouldn't accept payment of less than £10. I paid the ten and then received a text from O2 saying I had a £5 big bundle for the next month. What's up with that?

@JimKirk

£10 is the minimum top up that O2 allow.

It should cover you for 2 months of your £5 tariff as long as you don't use any of the credit.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
