My signal is dreadful to the point that the call cuts out every time I’m on the phone. It’s been happening for months. I would like to change my tariff for something cheaper or I’ll be cancelling my contract. What are my options please?

You will need to speak to o2 as this isn't customer services, and all your tariff options are available in myo2. If you want to cancel you will need to pay off your device plan if on refresh in full., full details are here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
If you want to cancel your insurance then you need to call o2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and give 30 days notice.
