Help, i have just upgraded my phone, sim swapped and now my number is not recognised, i cannot receive incoming or make outgoing calls, any advice would be much appreciated, i have tried looking online and i have tried calling but they keep cutting me off as its not fraud or a lost phone.

I understand things are taking a little longer at the moment, but I did a sim swap 14 days ago so would have expected it to have gone through by now! Just a change from O2 PAYG to O2 monthly.
Tried using the text service, tried the online swap, spoke to a guy at O2 eventually who said it should go through within 24 hours.
Its not a total disaster as my ex can't get hold of me! But at some stage she'll catch-up so a number swap would be good.
Anybody know how long the waiting game is at the moment?

They are taking longer than normal @Simon345 but certainly not as long as 14 days.
Problem is, we are now into a BH so I doubt anything will happen today.
