I have an iPhone 12 which I bought last year, I have had nothing but endless problems with my signal and data on my phone. I have never had 5g when this is what I pay for. I would like this resolving and some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. If this is a matter they cannot be resolved I would like my contact paying off so I can go with a different company

This is a community forum, not O2.

5G is included with your contract, so you aren't paying extra for it.

Guide here may help Guide: How can I sort out my network issues?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You will get no compensation, as you you dont pay for 5G as others have alluded to, as such you will get a total of £0 in compensation from o2.

No Networks guarantee what connection you will get just it will be 2G, 3G, 4G or if available 5G. It says this in your contract that I assuming you didnt read, but blindly ticked agree...

If you want to cancel you will need to pay off your device plan in full at time of request, full details are here Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
