I have spoken to O2 and they have sent me a jiffy bag to put my phone in to send of but there is no paper work do I just send the phone or do I need to put anything else in the bag

@caprice Make sure you take pictures of the phone so you have proof of the condition it was in before it left your possession.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
