Hi All,

I had the usual scam call from the above number. I didn’t accept their offer BUT they seemed to have a lot of info, such as my balance and numbers I’d contacted. Should I be looking for some sort of spyware ? How would I find it ? I have changed my password. Phone is Apple. Many thanks.

It will be one of O2's "Trusted Partners"

O2 give them access to your account details unless you change your marketing preferences in your MyO2.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
