Scam billing discount

I have been called from 020 3940 8867 and offered a 40% discount as O2 is running a COVID 19 relief scheme. This must be a scam as the caller struggled to speak English.

This was the call I had but unfortunately I fell for it. He spoke very good English! Knew all the right things to say. Even got two texts.....the same as o2 send. Fraud team now dealing with my nightmare!
