Hi was in o2 shop today as my son damaged his phone and SIM card. I gave him an old phone and got a new SIM card which was to be activated in 24 hrs. The tech guy had to use my number for the code as my sons phone wasn’t working but in the last hour my phone has no service 🙈. We r on a family plan should my phone go off as well as my sons even tho we have different numbers under the family and friends account??

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 0344 8090202

The shop has obviously messed up sending the code to your phone

Either go back instore or contact customer service
