Has anyone bought the s21 or s21 ultra recently and tried to claim the free earbuds and smart tag? O2 don't seem to be on Samsung's list of retailers in order to claim!

The promotion is run by Samsung not O2 so you need to make your claim through them.

Thanks Cleoriff but I'm not sure you understood what I meant. I've tried claiming through Samsung but o2 isn't on their list of retailers, so this is very much an o2 issue if they are falsely claiming that you can get free buds and a smart tag. I'm sure that's not the case but I really need someone to advise.

I do understand what you said. I suggest you look at the link I gave you, scroll down and look at the list of Participating Retailers. You will see that O2 is on the list. i.e.

I can assure you many others on here who have bought the S21 or Ultra from O2 have managed to successfully put a claim in. The info from SAMSUNG which I posted earlier shows O2 IS a participating retailer. I can't make it any clearer than that.

Some others have reported the same issue.
I'd suggest you call or email Samsung directly about it.
