S20+ galaxy buds

I purchased a s20+ and have to claim the galaxy buds. However the benefits section in the samsung members isn't available to claim them. Any ideas how I can claim them?

Yes, that's the link I've been provided by Samsung support but as I've only just purchased the phone in the last 7 days i don't qualify

Looks like you're not eligible, as you say, @Buds :

1. You have pre-ordered a qualifying Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G or S20+ 5G between 11th February & 8th March 2020 from an eligible retailer.

Shame. There are several other offers on that site, but not explored them to see if there's an alternative open to you.
