I have recently upgraded my handset but have ordered the wrong one. Can I return the handset and change for anthor one?

Hi
I would like to exchange my upgraded phone for a different one.
The return policy states to contact O2 as soon as possible to advise them you are returning the phone.
Can anyone tell me how to do this as i cant get throiugh on the phone or find an email address?
