Hi all,

I recently upgraded to a Samsung A52 5g phone which arrived yesterday. I have been casually using it since then with no issues whatsoever. Today, I placed my phone down on the side for no longer than 5 mins, with 94% battery, only to come back to it switched off. I have been unable to repower it (i have tried hard resetting, factory reset, volume keys and power buttin) and i have tried charging it for a few hours using different chargers, wall charged and USB charged with no luck. I upgraded online but cannot find how to return the faulty device to 02 to replace nor can i find where to get the label to post it too. Any help would be much appreciated! slight_smile

@J-P You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from another mobile with your O2 sim or 0800 032 1402 from any phone.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am. The 0800 number isn't available until 9 am.
