Hi. Im trying to deposit money via phone bill to an online bookmaker. Although itd declining me. I have spoke to a staff member and they tell me all is good from there side and that my provider may have a block on. Can anyone advise

How much are you trying to deposit? Also do you have a spend cap on your account.

Their is a per day limit and if I remember its about £30

You can also try calling Customer Services at o2 and asking as well.
