I lost my phone and have been waiting for a replacement sim, I’ve received my replacement sim, I put it in my phone and I’ve got no signal, I thought the sim would atomically work once the replacement sim was put in a phone?

You need to call O2 now to lift the bars on the sim and your account.

This is standard practice for security.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
