Still haven't received my refund £300 now it's nearly 3 months down the line... Lost count of how many times I've tried to contact and no one helped me on my last post, O2 are the worst company I have ever dealt with and it's disgusting how long I've waited for my money now.

In fact everyone I have spoken to at O2 including 4 managers haven't helped even though some promised me my refund.....??
