Hi,

My name's Arpita and I own a O2 pay as you go sim

I've accidentally used a STAC code instead of a PAC code when I moved to another provider. This has caused my sim to end and my simcard no longer works. As it was only yesterday, is there a way of getting my number back? I understand there's a 30 day period before the number can be re-allocated and lost forever. Is there a way, for example, of reactivating my account (with the same number)
