Hi Guys, i called up o2 last wednesday asking for a proof of purchase to claim money back on huawei device but they have still not sent me one. The emails i got when i purchased the phone according to huawei aren't good enough to make a claim. I have also tried to go into my orders and make a pdf to send to huawei this way but still is not good enough for them. Does anyone know how I can get this proof of purchase huawei need it by tomorrow now, i've tried calling o2 as well but just kept on hold for up to an hour.

Thanks

@sj1234

Samsung are accepting PDF's from your MyO2 so I don't see why Huawei won't, but anyway, the only other way is to keep trying customer service, sorry.
