Solved: Porting

I transferred to o2 from Vodafone when I’ve gotten my new phone, I don’t have access to my old phone anymore. I phone o2 and gave my pac code. I’ve had no signal on my new o2 SIM card, does this mean the porting is happening? And how long should this take?

Were you told the port would happen today?

If so, keep rebooting your phone and it should come online within a couple of hours.

If nothing happens, contact O2 Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
