I was promised a good deal on the Samsung S22 ultra when my contract was up but after the initial contact O2 people promised be a superb deal but around 3 months on I still have not heard off them so as anyone else had this problem as tbh it's my fault but I haven't even challenged the contract I'm on as my original one ended in March I think
