Phone repair

I have smashed the back of my phone it’s an iPhone XS Max, it has gone through to the back of the phone too. I want to get it repaired however with all this corona stuff it’s hard to get through on the phone and when I do it keeps sending me back to live chats who send me back to 202 etc. Does anyone know if my insurance covered me sending my phone out and where they can fix it they’ll send a new one out/ know when or if the shops are opening up soon?
