I have ordered a new phone on the 6th January and it stated when I ordered for delivery today, however it is not appearing in my orders? Also have been charged the upfront cost and had confirmation of order but no update since?
How can I check my order is coming? And if it has actually been ordered?

Most phones are out of stock due to Christmas and Covid issues.

O2 will email you with tracking details once your phone is dispatched.
