The option for personal hotspot on my iPhone 6s has disappeared from the settings screen, possibly after iOS 15 upgrade. Mobile data has an option to activate it, but selecting this just sends me around a useless loop that doesn’t have the iOS 15 option. How can I restore it?

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

@PeterWH

You need the iData bolt on for the hotspot to work.

If you've made any changes recently, it may not be enabled.

You need to check with O2.

I have changed tariffs a few months ago, but to one that gives me more data/month! I will try and contact O2, now there’s a task.
