Pay off contract & go Sim only!

Good morning all. Hope you can help. I'd like to pay off my daughter's contract, buy her a new phone (not an O2 upgrade) & get a Sim only 12month contract. Any ideas on how I start doing that please? I can only find the upgrade option when looking to pay it off! Thank you.

Choose the upgrade option for her phone and select sim only

Choose the sim only plan you want from the shop and when you get to checkout you will be charged for the sim tariff plus anything outstanding on her previous contract.

Or you could call O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support to pay off outstanding balance on her phone and then simply choose a sim only tariff from the shop.
