Hi, I have a big problem. My contract ended 2 years ago, I am away and I dont want continous pay monthly I need only keep my number and change tariff for pay as you go. I did everything in the o2 store two weeks ago. I had to buy a new sim card and my old number was to be restored. I am waiting 2 weeks and nothing , I have a new number and I don’t know what should I do. Please help
