I have upgraded my iPhone because I lost my old one they are saying they will send me a code but I don’t have the phone I don’t know what to do

Firstly you need to report the loss as you are liable for any calls made if someone finds your phone.

O2 will then send you a replacement sim which you can use to receive your code.
