I have had my O2 contract with Daisy Coms for 8 months now.
I want to remove the age restriction on my account.
when i speak to Daisy they say there is no block on their side, i need to speak with O2.
when i speak to O2 they say my number is managed by Hello Telecom, and i need to speak to them....
I've been back and forth for weeks now.
I cant to the self check with credit card because my number is a business account. which I pay for at Daisy Comm.
no one seem to help me turn off a simple option on the network...
can anyone help me?

Your number still terminated with O2 so it is up to O2 to manage your account settings.

O2 REFUSE to help me in this....its so painful.
they even disconnect the live chat when I'm still asking questions.
