I'm 6 months into my contract and I bought insurance and the guy said that I would be 'fully covered' but I only have accidental cover. is there a way to upgrade to full protection?

Not now unfortunately. Insurance has to be taken out within 30 days of contract start. No changes are allowed after that period.

There are many places that you can get  full mobile insurance cover.

Just check on Google. Most are much cheaper that O2 also.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
