I still had 13 months to go and have never missed a payment but now you get put on hold for ages while they check then they cut you off. Can I cancel my contract and just leave? The customer service is shocking, went in to the shop and they were just as bad. Seriously would not recommend to anyone

@Raging

You give authorisation when you agree to the T&C's of the contract.

Once you've paid what you owe to O2 you are free to leave, but you can't cancel without paying what you owe.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
