O2 account ccj in my name

I have checked my credit report and there is a ccj in my name with O2 from 2013 I have no knowledge of having O2 account as I always been pay as you Go user. Do you have any details about this ccj and how we can fix this issue..

The CCJ might be under the Debt Collection agency, as the debt will have been sold off an if it was in 2013 it will no longer have any impact on your credit file,  the CCJ would need to be dated 2017 or later to have any impact.
