Hey!
As someone who suffers from a mild hearing loss (in both ears) it's great to hear that today O2 have announced more ways (The new and improved NGTS and the SignVideo service) for customer's with hearing difficulties/loss to get in touch. It's also great to hear that customer's who rely on sign language to communicate can now get help independantly without needing someone else (friend/family/carer) to get in touch on their behalf.
Surely this is something that deserves a mention!
You can find the information for the above services here!

The bank I work for uses Typetalk for customers with speech and hearing problems. It's a great service and anything that helps people with impairments to liase with customer service has to be lauded. Well done O2.

Hi @Anonymous
Absolutely right ...it does deserve a mention. I had no idea this existed.
Thanks for sharing

I think it was in the pipeline for a while however with BT launching the new NGTS today and OFCOM's advice on providing better access for deaf/hoh consumers, the announcement must have been scheduled. Anyhow! Glad it's finally here!

It's certainly good that these services are available for those that need them.

@Toby Could this perhaps be stickied somewhere or added to our index thread for easy retrieval in the future?
