I can make/receive calls and send messages but can't receive text messages.

Confirmed this issue is now fixed.
It may be required that you restart your phone.

I recently moved moved network and had my number Ported over to. I can make and receive calls/ send text but not receiving anything. Has o2 still not fixed this as I can see many other of your customers are having the same issue

Give customer services a call to see if the port has completed.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

No I haven’t swapped sim, but I have changed address a

which is what I’m trying to notify o2 about
