Hi there - for around 1 week now I have not had any signal of 4g away from any wifi, this is causing me issues as important calls cannot be taken when I am away from home.  I have tried all of the checks I have found online and nothing has worked.  I even bought more data thinking I may have ran out but I hadn't.  Please help me to sort this out as it's not acceptable.

Have you tried rebooting phone recently?

There was a network issue which we are told has been fixed.
